The Real Problem

Your Products Can't Perform If Your Data Isn't Ready

Most aftermarket manufacturers are not losing channel opportunities because their parts are bad. They lose momentum because their product data is scattered, incomplete, inconsistent, or not formatted for the channels they want to sell through.

Spreadsheets, shared drives, old ACES®/PIES™ exports, missing attributes, weak product descriptions, incomplete fitment, inconsistent images, and retailer-specific templates all create friction. That friction slows onboarding, hurts discoverability, creates errors, and puts more pressure on your internal team.

Netfluence helps fix the data behind the sale:

  • Product and fitment data cleanup
  • ACES®/PIES™ mapping and validation
  • Missing attribute and content enrichment
  • Cross-reference and interchange development
  • Retailer, marketplace, distributor, and PIM-ready outputs
  • Ongoing catalog maintenance and quality control
Whether you already use a PIM, are considering one, or still manage catalog data from spreadsheets, clean source data has to come first. Software alone cannot fix incomplete, inconsistent, or scattered product information.
How We Work

The Catalog Operations Engine That Doesn't Stop

Catalog work isn't one-and-done. It cycles.

Every launch surfaces what to optimize. Every monitor pass reveals what to expand or compete on next. Netfluence operates the wheel for you — five interconnected workstreams that compound between channel pushes.

  1. Launch Raw inputs become channel-ready listings.
  2. Optimize Per-retailer data sets that maximize visibility and conversion.
  3. Monitor Returns analysis and quality control catches errors before they multiply.
  4. Expand New product launch support accelerates new SKU releases across channels.
  5. Compete Vehicle application coverage gaps and pricing intelligence keep you ahead of rivals.
We have supported catalog data work for 14+ years across 400+ aftermarket manufacturers.

Why Netfluence

Built for the Data Reality Most Manufacturers Actually Have

Many manufacturers are not ready for a heavy software rollout. Their data is spread across spreadsheets, folders, exports, old catalog files, and internal product knowledge. Netfluence meets manufacturers where they are, then builds the structure needed to support channel growth.

Differentiator 01

Aftermarket-Native, Not Generic Data Cleanup

We understand the details that generic data teams miss: fitment logic, ACES®/PIES™ structure, Auto Care database alignment, product attributes, cross-references, and the channel-specific requirements that determine whether catalog data is actually usable.

Standards We Work To
ACES — Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard PIES — Product Information Exchange Standard
Differentiator 02

Managed Execution, Not Another Platform to Manage

You do not need to become a catalog data expert or manage another complex system to get value. Netfluence handles the cleanup, enrichment, mapping, QA, and output preparation so your team can focus on products, customers, and sales.

Differentiator 03

Process-Driven, Quality-Controlled Workflows

Our work is supported by structured processes, validation tools, repeatable data workflows, and expert review. The result is cleaner data, fewer gaps, better consistency, and more confidence when submitting to retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or PIMs.

Differentiator 04

Commercially Useful Data

Compliance matters, but compliance alone is not enough. We optimize catalog data for discoverability, completeness, channel readiness, and buyer confidence — so your products are easier to find, compare, trust, and buy.

About Netfluence Auto

A Managed Catalog Data Partner for Aftermarket Manufacturers

Netfluence Auto helps aftermarket parts manufacturers turn fragmented product data into clean, structured, commercially useful catalog assets. We work across ACES®/PIES™, fitment, product attributes, descriptions, images, cross-references, pricing intelligence, and channel-specific requirements.

Our role is simple: we give manufacturers the catalog data operations capacity they need without forcing them to hire, train, and manage a full internal team. Whether your data lives in spreadsheets, shared drives, ERP exports, old files, or disconnected systems, we organize the mess and turn it into channel-ready output.

We support manufacturers selling through retailers, marketplaces, distributors, ecommerce platforms, and PIM environments — with a focus on accuracy, discoverability, speed to market, and practical execution.

Services

Catalog Data Services That Move Parts From Internal Chaos to Channel-Ready

Netfluence provides the catalog data operations layer many manufacturers need but do not have internally. We support one-time cleanup projects, new product launches, retailer onboarding, marketplace expansion, catalog audits, and ongoing managed data maintenance.

01

Catalog Development & Enrichment

We turn incomplete or underdeveloped product records into richer catalog assets — fitment development, product attributes, descriptions, images, cross-references, interchange mapping, and application coverage. The goal: data that helps your parts appear in the right searches, match the right vehicles, and give buyers more confidence.

Core Outcomes
  • Broader application coverage
  • Richer product attributes and fitment
  • Stronger product descriptions and content
  • Cross-reference and interchange implementation
  • Improved discoverability and buyer confidence
02

Catalog Audits, Data Intelligence & Governance

We evaluate catalog health across completeness, fitment, attributes, formatting, channel readiness, pricing, competitive positioning, and data consistency. Audits identify the gaps that slow onboarding, weaken discoverability, or increase return risk — and for ongoing clients, we maintain cleaner data over time with structured updates and validation routines.

Core Outcomes
  • Clear visibility into catalog health
  • Gap detection before channel submission
  • Fewer avoidable listing and fitment errors
  • Better pricing and assortment intelligence
  • Ongoing data quality control

03

Data Mapping & Standardization

We convert raw, inconsistent, or scattered product data into clean, structured formats aligned with ACES®, PIES™, VCdb, Qdb, PCdb, and PAdb requirements — and prepare retailer, marketplace, distributor, ecommerce, and PIM-ready outputs based on each channel's requirements. Whether your source data is spreadsheets, ERP exports, shared folders, old files, PDFs, or supplier inputs, we normalize it for the aftermarket data ecosystem.

Core Outcomes
  • Cleaner, compliant catalog data
  • ACES®/PIES™ and Auto Care database alignment
  • Marketplace, distributor, retailer, and PIM compatibility
  • Faster new SKU preparation
  • Less friction during channel onboarding
04

A dedicated bolt-on catalog operations team for manufacturers that need expert data capacity without adding internal headcount. Netfluence works as an extension of your catalog, ecommerce, and product teams — managing product updates, new SKU preparation, channel-specific requirements, data cleanup, enrichment backlogs, catalog audits, and recurring quality checks. Experienced catalog support without the cost, hiring risk, training burden, or management overhead of building a full in-house team.

Core Outcomes
  • Outsourced catalog data capacity
  • Reduced internal workload
  • Faster response to channel requests
  • Ongoing data maintenance
  • Practical support without full-time hires
Who We Help

Built for Aftermarket Manufacturers That Need Better Data Without More Headcount

Netfluence is a strong fit for manufacturers that are growing through retailers, marketplaces, distributors, ecommerce, or private-label programs — but do not yet have the internal catalog team, data infrastructure, or ACES®/PIES™ expertise needed to support that growth.

We are a good fit if:

  • Your catalog data is managed in spreadsheets or shared drives
  • Your team struggles with ACES®/PIES™ requirements
  • You need cleaner data for retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or PIMs
  • You are launching new SKUs and need faster channel readiness
  • Your product attributes, images, descriptions, or fitment data are incomplete
  • You need expert catalog capacity but are not ready to hire a full team
  • You want practical execution, not another complex platform to manage

We didn't need another platform — we needed people who understood our parts well enough to make them perform on every channel we sell through. Netfluence took our scattered SKUs and turned them into something we could finally submit to our distributors without the back-and-forth that used to cost us weeks per launch.

Common Questions

Things Manufacturers Ask Before Engaging

What's the difference between an audit and ongoing catalog operations?
An audit is a one-time evaluation of your current catalog health — gaps, errors, channel-readiness issues, and prioritized fixes. Ongoing operations is the continuous version: we manage updates, new SKU preparation, channel-specific requirements, and recurring quality checks as part of your business-as-usual.
Do we need a PIM before working with you?
No. Many of our clients work entirely from spreadsheets, ERP exports, and shared folders. Our role is to prepare the data foundation so a PIM (now or later) can actually perform — or so you can ship to channels without one.
What's the smallest engagement you'll take?
A targeted catalog audit or a single-channel onboarding (for example, a new marketplace launch) is a typical starting point. From there, many clients move into ongoing managed operations once the value is clear.
How do you handle ACES®/PIES™ if we've never produced clean exports before?
We start from whatever inputs exist — supplier data, ERP exports, PDFs, internal product knowledge — and build to the standard. ACES®/PIES™ alignment is part of our normal mapping and validation workflow, not a separate project.
What channels do you typically support?
Major aftermarket retailers and distributors (AutoZone, CarParts.com, JEGS, NAPA, RockAuto, Advance Auto Parts, and similar), aftermarket marketplaces (Amazon, eBay Motors), jobber and WD networks, retailer portals, ecommerce storefronts, and most PIM environments. We work to channel-specific requirements rather than a single output format, so the same catalog can serve multiple destinations.
